A Place Where Every Journey Matters
Every healing story begins somewhere, and for many, it starts long before they ever step into a provider’s office—often in the quiet struggle of trying to manage work, family, school, responsibilities, and emotional pain all at once. At Triangle Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, we honor these beginnings and understand that reaching out for help is not just a decision but an act of courage, rooted in the belief that life can be different. We also recognize something equally important: access matters.
That’s why Triangle was built to fit real life—not the 9–5 version of it.
Care That Works Around Real Schedules
Mental health doesn’t wait for business hours—and getting help shouldn’t add strain or judgment to your day. To make care truly accessible, Triangle offers extended hours seven days a week, typically from 9 AM to 10 PM on most weekdays and weekends. This ensures support for:
Adolescents
who benefit from support beyond their daily routines
Adults
balancing multiple responsibilities
Working Parents
who can’t afford to miss work
Whether it’s after a long shift, between school activities, or on a weekend, Triangle is here.
Healing should meet you where you are, not the other way around.

The Triangle of Transformation: Hope. Progress. Change.
Our practice is grounded in the belief that healing is a journey—one that moves and evolves. The Triangle represents the three essential elements that guide this process.
Hope sees a path, even in darkness.
Hope —
The Beginning
Hope is often the first spark.
It may show up as the desire to feel better, the wish to be more present for loved ones, or the realization that life doesn’t have to stay the same.
Hope is quiet but powerful. It’s what brings someone through the door.
Progress —
The Movement Forward
Progress is the expansion of hope.
It is the steady, intentional movement toward feeling better—step by step, session by session. It’s not perfection; it’s the shift from surviving to gradually strengthening.
Progress is where individuals, teens, and parents begin to experience momentum and see real change taking shape.
Progress is hope in motion.
Change transforms progress into a new way of living.
Change —
The Transformation
Change is the outcome of hope and consistent progress.
It’s the formation of new patterns, healthier coping skills, steadier emotions, and more stable daily living. Change is challenging, empowering, and deeply meaningful.
With evidence-based care, flexible scheduling, and supportive connection, lasting change becomes achievable and sustainable.
Why Triangle Exists
Triangle Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services was created to ensure that every person—regardless of schedule, background, or barriers—has access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.
Our vision is a community with:
Understanding
Stigma is replaced with acceptance and clarity.
Access
Healing is available to everyone, without obstacles.
Support
Families and individuals feel empowered and cared for.
Flexibility
Care adapts to real-life circumstances.
We believe that treatment should remove barriers, not create them.
That’s why our approach is support-focused, judgment-free, and grounded in genuine human connection.
Where hope begins, progress builds, and change takes shape.

A Provider Who Understands the Journey
My passion for mental health care is both personal and professional, built upon more than two decades of experience supporting individuals throughout all stages of life. Over 25 years ago, I faced my own challenges with mental health and substance use and experienced firsthand the stigma that often accompanies them. That journey became the foundation of my lifelong commitment to helping others find the treatment, therapy, hope, healing, recovery and empowerment through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns—including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and substance use. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where each person is met with understanding and supported in building lasting wellness and personal growth.
