A Provider Who Understands the Journey
My passion for mental health care is both personal and professional, built upon more than two decades of experience supporting individuals throughout all stages of life. Over 25 years ago, I faced my own challenges with mental health and substance use and experienced firsthand the stigma that often accompanies them. That journey became the foundation of my lifelong commitment to helping others find the treatment, therapy, hope, healing, recovery and empowerment through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns—including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and substance use. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where each person is met with understanding and supported in building lasting wellness and personal growth.
When You're Not Sure What Comes Next
Seeking mental health or substance use support doesn’t always begin with certainty. Many people come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure whether change is even possible. You don’t need to have all the answers. We focus on listening first, understanding your goals, and helping you move forward in a way that feels realistic. Change doesn’t happen through pressure; it happens through support, trust, and clarity.
Here, your readiness is respected, your voice matters, and progress is defined by your journey.
